More ticket released for Thomas!
Hoping to see Thomas this weekend? After a relatively quiet Day Out With Thomas today, we are please to announce that we have released a few more for Sunday and Monday! CLICK HERE TO BOOK

In August, we will be opening on Wednesdays for School Holiday Steaming Days. Offering the same as our usual Sunday Steaming Days, visitors can enjoy unlimited steam train rides, Railway Museum, Miniature and Model Railways, Visitor Centre with cafe and gift shop, plus all the sights and sounds of a 25-acre working heritage railway! Click on the dates above to pre-book. (There will be no Wednesday Steaming Day on Wednesday 28th July.)

NEW! We are now welcoming Car Clubs (all vehicles!) every Sunday for a discounted price! Click here for more information!

Plus, the Miniature Railway is BACK and open every Sunday! (Also on Bank Holidays and Wednesdays during school holidays!) Also, we are finally able to open our indoor areas, so our Railway Museum, Engine Sheds and Visitor Centre are now fully open on Steaming Days!

Road Closures:

Station Road is closed from the A41 into Quainton, so if you are coming along the A41 from Bicester, contine into Waddesdon village centre and take the left-hand turn immediately after the pedestrian crossing. The sign states 'access only', but the road is open to reach us. Turn right at the cross roads, over the railway bridge and turn right into our car park. Just to confuse everyone, sometimes the road is re-opened for the weekend!

If you are coming through Quainton village, please note that you CAN access The Railway via Station Road, the road is closed AFTER us.

Please ring us if you have any problems on 01296 655720

Have tickets from a previously cancelled event? Read on...

Thank you to those who held onto their tickets from postponed 2020 events. To say thank you, we have given everyone complimentary tickets for an extra standard Steaming Day in 2021. We have hopefully emailed everyone about this, but if you haven't had one, please email us on office@bucksrailcentre.org. Please note, we are unable to upgrade tickets to Day Out With Thomas or Christmas.

NB: In normal circumstances, the Centre has a no-refund policy and looks to offer alternative dates in relation to all cancellations regardless of the reason and this remains in operation at this time.
