If you love books, we have just the place for you! Our secondhand bookshop is open on our Steaming Days and Special Events and has a huge variety of books to choose from. 

Approximately 1000 square feet with books for many interests, including general fiction, children’s, biographies, hobbies.

• Rare and collectable books section: including railways, transport and military
• Railway books: over 3500 catalogued books including regional, Ireland & Channel islands; including books published by Oakwood, Middleton and Ian Allen Press
• Specialist railway books: approximately 900 books not yet catalogued, including art, signalling, atlases, rolling stock, industrial, biography, accidents
• World railways: approximately 500 books not yet catalogued
• Road transport books: over 1300 catalogued books, including tramways, trolleybuses, traction engines, buses, cars and motorsport
• Military books: over 600 catalogued books
