Terms & Conditions 

General 

Whilst every effort will be made to adhere to the published timetable, all dates, times & services are subject to amendment or cancellation. Quainton Railway Society Ltd cannot be held responsible for any loss or inconvenience should it become necessary to alter or cancel the advertised services. QRS reserves the right to ask any member of the public to leave the Centre if it is deemed appropriate, including if they are seen or heard using abusive language, or unruly behaviour that is likely to cause themselves or others harm or damage to any property. 

Well behaved dogs, on a leash, are allowed in the Centre. You may be asked to leave if they are not kept under control.

No alcohol other than that purchased at the Centre may be consumed on our property unless by prior arrangement with the Management. You may be asked to leave if you do so. You may be asked to leave the Centre if you cannot produce valid proof of admission payment. 

Bookings 

All bookings are subject to availability, varying ticket terms and conditions may apply. 

An administration fee will be applicable on some bookings. 

Vouchers are available for some events and activities. 

All payments should be made in one transaction, unless a deposit has been agreed. 

Payment by instalments is not accepted for any bookings. 

When payment has been received your tickets will be sent as soon as possible. 

Changes, Cancellations & Refunds 

It may be possible to change the date of the ticket once it has been confirmed, depending on the type and availability. We reserve the right to charge for changes. A change will carry a minimum of £3.00 administration fee. If you choose not to use your ticket, refunds will not be given. 

Damage 

Visitors will be held responsible for any damages they may cause to any part of the railway stock or premises and will be charged the full cost of the repairs. 

Thomas Weekends 

Special Fares will apply for these events. See the individual leaflets for details. 

Tickets purchased in advance may have a discount applied. 

All tickets are ‘day rover’ and do not have any reservations. 

Full payment is required at time of booking. 

When payment has been processed, tickets will be sent as soon as possible.  

Changes, Cancellations and refunds 

Tickets are not refundable but it may be possible to transfer them to another date. 

Any queries will need to be made directly to Quay Tickets. 

Christmas Events including Panto Express

Special Fares will apply for these events. See separate leaflet for details.

 We advise you to allow at least 30 minutes before time of train to park your car, check in with Reception and make your way to the train.

Under no circumstances will the train be delayed for latecomers, even if the rest of the party is already on the train. 

Full payment is required at the time of booking. 

When payment has been processed, tickets will be dispatched via email.

Changes, Cancellations and refunds 

Tickets are not refundable but it may be possible to transfer them to another session, if available. 

An administration fee of £3.00 may be charged.
